Born in 1978, in Rio de Janeiro, a graduate of Candido Mendes University, graduated with maximum grade in the written exam in the Bar Association Exam, has a specialty in Criminal Law and Criminology (IPCP) with a postgraduate degree in Economic Penal Law at FGV-RJ and post-graduated in Economic Penal Law at the Institute of European Economic Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra-IBCCRIM, he is the author of several published legal articles and was a member of the Examining Committee and the Auditing Examination of the Brazilian Bar Association in criminal law area (2010). He was also a member of the Defense Assistance and Prerogatives Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association at Rio de Janeiro section. He was a member of the Prison Board of the State of Rio de Janeiro at the jurist position (2013/2015), and at lawyer position (2016/2017). He was approved in a public competition for Substitute Professor of Criminal Procedure by the National School of Law (UFRJ) (2016/2018). He is General Secretary of the Criminal Procedure Commission of the Bar Association - RJ (2016/2019).
